Our mission is to provide space where women feel seen, heard and connected to the comfort of God in the midst of suffering and grief. Our desire is to share the comfort God has given us in our own seasons of suffering with those who might otherwise walk alone. We seek to break the isolation of those who suffer, creating a safe place to voice the longings and needs of those wrestling with the hard questions that suffering brings.
Ministry to others can be a lonely road as you pour out until you feel empty. We'd be honored to create space where you can receive refreshment from God and find renewed strength for the calling God has given you.
Infidelity, divorce, church splits, and broken friendships -- relationship betrayal and loss is disorienting and devastating. Come find a place of hope and healing as you process, grieve, and find space to name the loss and rebuild your sense of identity in Jesus.
Chronic pain and illness can feel isolating and limiting in so many ways. Let us walk with you as you seek to understand how God receives you and shows you His faithfulness in these spaces of suffering with no easy answers.
Whether it's through abuse or other traumatic events, God longs to give you healing and hope. We'd be honored to sit with you in seeking His comfort and restoration in the places where you've experienced trauma.
As soul care advocates we see our role, not as fixers or healers but seek instead to create space to champion and companion you as you find comfort and hope in the One Great Healer, Jesus. We seek to serve you with excellence by drawing on a diverse range of personal experience, certification and training in soul care methods and tools. Our goal as we welcome you into this space is to tailor our approach to your current needs and desires. While certifications and training in various soul care approaches including Mental Health Coaching, Spiritual Direction, Inner Healing Prayer, Biblical lay counseling, and women’s advocacy, help inform our approach we’ve chosen not to adopt a specific title, but rather draw on this diversity of tools to meet you where you are.

Rachael’s perspectives on suffering and hope are rooted in her trust in the faithful and loyal love of Christ, and His constant presence with His people. She loves all things soul care and spiritual formation. In her own journey of suffering, she has encountered the risen Christ in transforming ways. This shapes her compassion for others who suffer. She understands the need for humble listening when there are no answers and the power of sitting with another in the process. Her style is gentle and supportive while holding truth and reality in focus. Leaning into God’s wisdom for discernment and looking for His hand both in the ordinary and the painful of the stories of those she sits with brings her joy. Passionate about an intimate relationship with God and shepherding God’s people, she longs to see people emotionally and spiritually whole and mature in their faith. An old soul with the easy warmth of loyal friendship, she would be honored to sit with you as you seek God’s clarity and peace in life’s dark and painful moments. She has served internationally in refugee crisis work and trauma care and has certification in mental health coaching and spiritual direction. She has written numerous books and works as the communications professional for an organization serving displaced people worldwide.
Anna is passionate about truth as it intersects with transforming wholeness. Wise and warm, she welcomes people with depth, hearty honesty, and protective grace. She brings a deep well of insight and experience to her work, both from her own journey through suffering and lived experience in serving in advocacy and justice work for women and the marginalized. As she experienced and witnessed the absence of strong support and, even more damaging, the silencing of abused women and those suffering infidelity in their marriages in the local church, God opened her heart to walking with those who experience this betrayal with a passion for equipping empowerment and identity in the face of deepest loss. As a certified mental health coach, a trained advocate and lay counselor, and a student in applied psychology, her greatest desire is to see people set free into wholeness and comforted through honest and honoring community. If you need a champion as you face life’s hardship Anna’s your gal. When she’s not brainstorming a new idea, writing, or drinking coffee, Anna spends her days with her three curious kiddos enjoying the outdoors of Northern Minnesota.
